Land selling now

The second release of Parklands at Bayridge represents a collection of traditional sized level homesites fronting the landscaped park and playing fields. Most allotments are North or East facing thus maximising the views and bay breezes. For those who wish to have the park as their own back yard, there are 4 premium elevated park lots each over 1000m2 in size.

Construction of 37 lots in Stage 2A is now complete with a further 38 lots in 2B to be completed later in 2008. Private inspections are available by appointment.
